- Keep your faith larger than your fears
- Don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right
- Don’t be afraid to spend some time alone
- Speak kindly to yourself and to other people
- Please yourself before trying to please others
- Stay away from people who drain your energy
- Ignore any opinions that don’t enhance your life

I often feel negative energy of people and it used to anger me. I still did not know how to cope. I think one point i can add is Don’t get drawn in. By that i mean it is easy for us to become negative when surrounded by negative people. Sometimes your silence can speak volumes

I love the list❤ I never truly realized there was more to having positive vibes. When you want to be positive you have to be positive all the way. Its easy to succumb to negativity nowadays.
