One of my happiest moment is to have a quiet evening walk after working.
I treat this as walking meditation, a quiet time with myself. It’s really great to be silent, walking mindfully and peacefully. The quiet walk is the best nutrient to our mind after a busy working day. It’s the best remedy to release our tension and stress at work. You feel happier after the walk.
