Miss Mimi was rescued and brought home by Little Black.
She is with us for about 2 months.
Little Black is taking up new assignment in life to teach, to care and to love Miss Mimi. Miss Mimi is a young kitten, she is extremely active and so…so playful. She love to disturb Little Black when he is resting or sleeping. As such, Little Black is alway hissing her to give her warning not to disturb his rest time. He act as the role of father and brother, he teach her what is “Do” and “Don’t” at home.
Recently, when we bought organic rice in pack and put on the floor before we keep into kitchen cabinet. Miss Mimi wanted to check out what is it and she wanted to play. Immediately, Little Black stopped her from playing and talking with her in “Cat language”.
Besides, Little Black also gave warning to Miss Mimi not to go out from our home without his supervision as its dangerous outside. In our neighborhood, we’ve uncle big black cat who is really aggressive attack other cats in our area. Our Lovely Little black also in his “Bullying list”.
Whenever Little Black hear the “meow.. Meow..” from Miss Mimi, he’ll definitely come forward to check out if there is anything wrong even though he is sleeping. What a great example to learn! Bravo, Little Black!!!
Sometimes, both of them are playing in our garden, Little Black is fully mindful to monitor his young sister to ensure her safety.
Look at Little Black, our Little guardian to his lovely sister, Miss Mimi.
What a great example for us to learn on “Love”, “Non self”… Little black is showing us “unconditional love” , “no barrier on love” and always ready to take up new responsibility to serve and help! He is practicing… How about us? Bravo! Our little teacher in life!
“Miss Mimi, I’ll alway take care and love you!” A big cat and a cute little kitten, our treasure and little teachers at home! We are blessed to have them as family members!
What a great example we can learn and practice from our cat friends…

Do you eat the sweet potato leaves, too? I have learned they are excellent steamed or sauteed. I plan to plant some vines this summer for the first time in many years 😉 Cheers!
Yup, we love to eat sweet potato leaves which full of nutrient. Normally, we’ll stir fry with chili. Really yummy! Happy planting!Its so easy to grow… With metta, Li Jiun
