It’s great to take a short break to walk in nature.

To enjoy fresh air, bird singing (Best orchestra), fragrance of flowers, meeting with various beings- dragonfly, bees, squirrel, monkeys, monitor lizard, ants, butterflies and others.

Let go all stress and burden, be totally be at now.
