Walking….

Do you love walking?

I just got back from Hong Kong for a short break. It’s a very convenience city and connected well by MRT. However, you need to keep walking which is really great exercise. In average, we were walking about 18,000 steps.

In order to have a vegan meal, we walked to the venue (Usually will take about 15-20 mins) and walked back to the station after lunch. Our food can digest fast and burn energy easily especially the weather is warm now.

We love to drive to the shopfront, if possible park nearby and hardly walk so many steps daily. As such, it’s really easy to get obesity here as eat more and less exercise.

Enjoying good view while walking…

Remember to walk, the easiest way to sustain good health.
