How do you react when you are facing situation, e.g being scolded, being misunderstood, being accused, being cheated and others?

Are you immediately jump into emotion turmoil and start your own drama?

You are unable to accept to whatever happen and keep playing “non-stop radio & video” in your mind.

Why me? Together with all negative emotions, e.g. crying, angry, tension, sad, fear, stress and others.

Why not take a “PAUSE”?

Not to react. Let it flow…

  1. When we are on high emotional stage, better not to react until everything sets on mind and heart together. Then you can take wise decisions on the situation and able to learn from the past.
