Embrace “Nothing to do”

Lot of friends and relatives shared that they are so concern “Nothing to do” when retired.

They are getting use to “busy life”- must do “something” and assume doing nothing as “So boring”.

Think about it, do nothing is so good as you can spend quality time with youself.

By just observing your arisen and cessation of thought, this is good enough to keep you busy.

You’ll be so shock to know that your thoughts are flowing like non-stop radio.

The art of doing nothing

Embrace “nothing to do”, embrace”Me-time”, embrace “silence”.
