When I look at the shadow on the wall, it reflected as is shown.
This is a good lesson from nature.
Why are we always living in negative emotions, fear, stress, tension, sad, anger, restless, depress, worry and others?
We’ve added lot of personal perception, experience, labeling when we are looking at things.
All this unnecessary “thoughts” are causing tremendous negative emotions.
and in most cases, all this unnecessary thoughts are not going to happen.
Why are we wasting our energy for “overthinking”?
Think about, see things as is like the shadow reflection.
We are in peace all the time!!!
