Back to yourself…

When you notice that your body is so tensed, what should you do?

You need a Break.

You need to take time off to “RELAX” and be with yourself.

One of my friend shared with me that she was so tensed and stressed. It seems like a big stone was placed on her chest. She can’t breath properly.

I asked her to take a short break, stop whatever she is doing now.

To enjoy a cup of coffee, to spend time with family, to watch a movie, to go for massage, evening walk and others activities.

Always look inward!

Back to yourself!!!

Be Totally RELAX!!!
