Are you grateful when you are enjoying “Good health”?
Are you counting your blessings when you can walk, sit, squat, jump, run, dance and others?
We might take this as granted and assume “it’s normal”.
We might not even know how to take care our body when we are healthy.
We start to blame our luck, live in remorse when we are losing good health.
Be grateful when we wake up each day.
Be mindful what we feed our body, our body postures when walking, sitting and others…
