The art of doing NOTHING….

We drain up so much energies during weekday to handle our work, chores and others.

Our body and mind are extremely tired.

What we need the most is to relax and regain our strength.

Allow our body and mind to take a good break during off day and weekend.

Listen to your body and never assume this is waste of time.

Imagine, if we continue to plan lot of activities during weekend, never allow yourself to pause and rest.

What’ll happen in long term? The collapsing of your body and mind, you might get extremely tired and experience different sickness.

Simple example, if a machine is continuously running for 24 hours and never stop for a long period, what will happen?

Break Down.

Do nothing…

Enjoy the art of doing nothing. This is not LAZINESS.
