Due to pandemic, many of us are force to stay at home. Lot of people are not use to spend so much time at home and also confine themselves at home.
Some people are developing mentality issues as constantly expose themselves to negative news which bring stress, fear, restless, tension, insecure in life. Situation is worsen if they are stay alone.
Always find a way for yourself to breath and to feel free.
If you are stay in condominium, you can look out for beautiful sky, trees, take a walk at community park, start a small garden at your balcony, do exercise, start meditation and others.
