You cannot see your reflection in boiling water. Similarly, you cannot see the truth in a state of anger.
You can only see clear reflection in a pool of calm water. Be mindful on your thought. When you are aware that your emotion- anger is arisen, take 10 times of deep breath and you can notice the transformation in your body. From boiling to calm.
Please don’t say a word when you are angry as you are losing your mind, you are boiling. Your words might be like arrow which hurt people without seeing blood but the scar will take long time to heal.
