We can’t control the pandemic, what we can do is to calm ourselves.
Not to be fearful, stress, worry, give up for something beyond our control.
One of the best way to calm yourself, you can take a try on meditation even start with 5 mins per day, morning (After you wake up) and before you sleep at night.
Most important, be persistent in doing this and let it be like your DNA.
You can definitely feel a difference in 3 months after practicing.
