Today we went to a Vegetarian dim sum restaurant to order take-away food.
The waitress was so excited to see us. She mentioned that she waited for us to come back as she was short given the take-away food during our last order in Mar. She kept our bill and gave us the vegan dim sum back. Moreover, she kept apologized.
Her action melted our heart. Super honest in doing business and really good customer service.
This is the super important value we should learn and put into practice.
