Yes, you can feel the pain but just don’t focus on it and keep telling yourself that you are “in pain”.
How much uncomfortable you feel, how much things that you can’t do, how unhappy you are, how sad that you missed something, why me in pain, when can I recover, and etc.
Drop all unnecessary thoughts which bring more suffering. It can’t help you for speedy recovering or even free you from physical pain.
