Sleeping…

People might share that they fall to “sleep” whenever they start meditation practice. They are enjoying a good quality sleep throughout the meditation practice. After that, they feel guilty as they thought they are wasting time and not able to practice diligently.

When you are tired, go to sleep.

This is absolutely “Normal”. Our body is so tired and need a good quality of sleep to refresh. This is the signal from our body to remind us to take a good rest.

Once we’ve enough rest and totally relax, we can start our meditation practice. No matter good or bad in our meditation practice, let it go.

Always start anew!!!

  1. I’ve had some powerful “sits” riding that edge of drowsiness, usually in sessions really early in the morning. Curiously, it’s something I’ve never discussed or heard discussed.
