I had muscle sore and pain after gardening work during weekend. I applied traditional Chinese muscle relaxant and stretching (La Jin). I am almost healed just in a day.
The pain is the good reminder to treasure our health before we lost it. Be gratitude to our body when it function well. Nothing to complain when we are enjoying good health.
Well! How to sustain good health? We must take care of our food intake, exercise, balancing, feed good nutrient to mind like meditation, quality sleep, good rest and etc.
Don’t take things for granted.
