How long do you spend in sitting meditation daily?
Are you finding excuses as “too busy, you can’t even find any time” to do your meditation practice?
The most important is we must practice it daily no matter short, medium or long and let it become our habit and build in our DNA. I am practicing two times sitting meditation daily, once wake up in the morning and also before sleep at night. No matter, how short, how long, good or with lot of thoughts, be persistent and keep practicing. Don’t stop.
If you can’t practicing sitting meditation in cross-legged, you can sit on the chair or even practice standing meditation, most important keep practicing and don’t quit.
I would like to invite you to practice 2 times of sitting meditation daily, once you wake up and before you go to bed. Experience the transformation in life.
