“Never lose sleep over something that isn’t worth staying awake for.”

Some of us, we are unable to sleep well at night as we are keep thinking of “others”. How others “treat” us? e.g. Dishonest, anger, betrayal, accusation, blame and others.

Think about it. Why are we “torturing” our body and mind for “others”? Moreover, all incidents are gone. No matter how many times you think about it, it can’t be rewind.

Nothing should disturb our peacefulness.

Let it go!!! You are done with it!!!
