No attachment…

Breath freely…

It’s so easy for us to mention “no attachment” when nothing happen or when something happen to others.

However, when we are facing challenges in life, we might be so attached and totally refuse to let go.

Simple example, when you are doing spring cleaning, are you willingly to let go your new stuffs to others?

When your family members accidentally broke off your favorite vase, how do you react?

Are you angry? Are you starting to raise up your voice to scold?

Are you accept it calmly?

Are you deepening your understanding of impermanent of life?

Until one day we can practice “no attachment”, we can free ourselves completely.

Enjoy the true freedom.
