Practicing mindfulness…

“Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then, you miss your whole life, which is never not now.” by Eckhart Tolle

Instead of keep looking forward for future, keep worry and stress about things yet to be happened, why not we practice mindfulness? Be here and now.

What we are worry might not be happened? Why are we spend so much time to think about future and forget to live at now?

Be here and now.

Nothing is more precious than live well now.

Back to our mindfulness practice. Keep calm, be compassion and shine unconditional loving kindness to all living beings.

May all living beings be well and happy!!

Loving kindness is contagious. Let’s do it!

  1. Something to keep front of mind.

Mindfulness adds spice to life, all else is obliviousness, which is mindless and dull.

I love exploring this sort of thing, my favorite topic!

Well done, thanks for sharing! 😄
