Eat slowly…

Are you always in hurry?

Are you always rushing for deadlines?

Are you trying to save time by cutting short your eating and drinking time?

How much time do you spend in finishing a meal?

How fast are you finished your cup of tea?

Have you ever ask yourself why do you need to rush? Without fuel, you can’t drive your car.

Well! Without proper nutrients, your body and mind are not going to function well.

Eat abd drink slowly and mindfully!

Please spend time to chew and to drink slowly. Good health is start from a good gut.
