Be with yourself, its not waste of time!!!

Please spend time to take care of your body and mind. When you are well, then only you’ve energy to take care of people surrounding. Never over strain yourself.

Slow down and take a break. It’s not mean that you are lazy.

Recharge, Rejuvenate and Refresh!!!
