Two things to remember in life:
“Take care of your thoughts when you are alone,
Take care of your words when you are with people.”
Are you able to stay at now when you are alone? or
Your mind is like wild monkey, keep wandering from past to future and hardly be at now. Be mindful and always be here and now.
When you are with people, please be mindful on words that you are saying. A misquote statement might act as an arrow that wounded others without shedding blood. It’s hard to heal the wound.
Please share the words of truth, honest, loving kindness, motivating, positive, non-bias, ….. Be silent if you want to say something not going to benefit to others especially when you are angry.
Be mindful in any moment of life!
