Are you mindful on your breathing?
Are you notice your breathing when you are online, playing games, working and others?
Are you breathing shallow or deep?
Without breathing, we are going to die.
Exhale is 2 times longer than inhale. Exhale is important to release toxins, stress and all other emotions.
When you are angry, don’t open your mouth and react.
Focus on your breathing at least for 10 times. Your anger gone and you are back to normal.
When you are upset, full of negative emotions, back to your breathing. You are definitely feel better.
