Most of us are trap ourselves in confine air cond environment during working. Well! If weather is too hot, we might continue to switch on air cond. You might end up 24 hours inhaling indoor air.

I love walking in nature. It can help to calm our mind and let go all challenges we are facing in life. To me, Walking is a meditation practice. After a good session of mindful walking, you feel great especially after a long tired working day. It’s so refreshing!!!
