Past…

Are you always talking about the past?

Are you still “angry”, “Sad”, “Hatred” when thinking about the past?

Are you willing to let go your past?

Treasure all moments and be mindful.

Let go your past, you can’t change or rewind, what you can do is moving Forward. Learn from your past experience.
