Be here and now…

When you are practicing mindfulness, you can discover new things anytime. New species of dragonfly in our garden. So happy to meet a new friend.

You are going to miss new thing, person, beings, moment and others if you are not be here and now. Imagine, if your mind is alway in the past and future. What are you going to see, meet and feel? The past and future, you are totally lost at now.

Nothing is more precious than live at now, my lovely friends.

Past is gone and future is far away. Live well at this moment!
