Embrace changes…

We might think that we can enjoy banana easily, perhaps we can just use our money to buy. Well, is it true? The lesson I learned from the fallen banana tree. We can’t predict what is going to happen next. We assumed we can enjoy the banana when it was ripen. However, when strong wind blow, the tree was fallen down and we are unsure whether we can still enjoy the tasty banana. How do we face uncertainty? Blame, stress, complain, tension and bring up all negative emotion??? Why not embrace with changes? Accept it with open heart whether good or bad!!!

  1. I think the Serenity Prayer begins —

“Grant me the strength to accept the things I cannot change and the courage to face the things that I can”

From my Buddhism studies, all external changes are phenomenal as the entire world exists within our own mind. It is therefore important to accept change with a loving heart. Know that change is a part of life. Without change there is no Universe.
