Am I bringing happiness to others?

It’s really easy to say, “We want to bring happiness to all beings.” In actual fact, how many of us actually bringing happiness to others?

Let’s contemplate in our daily action. A simple task you are doing at home, say after using scissor, are you putting back to the same place? After using toilet, are you clean it properly? After cooking, Are you clean up the kitchen? Are you clean up the trash?

When you are working in office, are you doing your job properly? Are you checking your work? Are you doing mindfully? Are you submitting your report on time? Are you meeting your deadline? Imagine, if you are unable to do your work mindfully, what will happen? You are definitely putting your workload to others to check, edit and unable to meet the timeline. Are you bringing happiness or suffering in other’s life?

You can always bring happiness to others through your small action. Be mindful!

As such, pay attention even in our “little” action if you want to bring happiness to others. Always think about others!!!

  1. Good examples of things we take for granted. Even little things we find insignificant but you may make life more difficult for the person who has to pick up after you.
