When we are angry, basically we are losing our mind. Definitely, we are not practising mindfulness. There is a close relationship between our diet and emotion. Why not observe the diet of people who love to release their temper easily?
If someone super fast to get angry, its related to sickness in their liver, perhaps too much toxins and other related disease.
Are you upset with people who are easily to get angry?
Think about it, when we are angry, we are just like a crazy person who are losing control of our mind. We are making unwise decision. Why are you getting mad with “crazy” people?
Never ever talk to people who are losing their mind. They are not going to listen to us. What they want from us? Throw the rubbish of anger! Why should we accept it?
We might only facing them for a while but they need to live with their anger self for long. Who is more suffering? As such, never waste your energy on people who are angry. Only talk to them when they are in peace.

Perhaps, one of the good learning point, constantly to remind ourselves, never ever lost our temper and throw emotional toxins to others. It’s not going to help and yet to make things worst.
