A simple action like do nothing and observe the beauty of nature silently is one of the best way to be here and now.
Sometime, we might think that doing meditation is only apply for sitting, walking or when we are in monastery.
There is a profound quote by Thich Nhat Hanh
” Whatever you do mindfully is meditation.”
It’s reminded me to be always be here and now. Even, we are doing simple chores like washing clothes, hanging clothes, cleaning and cutting vegetables, mop floor, gardening, cooking, ironing and others. Be mindful in whatever you do. Your mind and body is combine in one. You are in peace and totally serenity.
There is no unnecessary thoughts arisen and fallen!
Anywhere, anytime, any moment is the best time to practice meditation.
