Are you happy?

One of my friend asked me “What is happiness?”

I read the 10 scientific ways to be happy:

  1. Meditate
  2. Plan a trip
  3. Practice gratitude
  4. Help others
  5. Practice smile
  6. Spend time with family
  7. Move closer to work
  8. Go outside (nature)
  9. Sleep More (and well)
  10. Exercise

Are you practicing all this?

In fact, We don’t need to look for any reason to be happy. Our nature is happy. Mind is everything. Live simple and never put or set any expectation. Whatever happen in life, it’s the most beautiful things happen. You are holding the key of happiness! All depends on you.

Every morning, this two lovely brothers will welcoming me. I’ll definitely smile when I look at them. Truly cute! Start practicing your smiles! Its super easy! Cheers!
