Sound easy! However, how many of us able to do the same in your life?
Usually, we love to eat even though we are not hungry especially when we are looking at our favourite food. It’s hard to reject yummy food. Most of us, we love to reward ourselves with food, “Yeah! Work hard, we deserved!”.
Some of my friends are refused to take a rest even though they are so tired especially during weekend. They might even stay overnight and make their body extremely exhausted. Is it called happiness? and they spend a full day to sleep…
Are you relaxed? Are you stressed? Check out your shoulder, you know the best when are you stressful… Don’t cheat yourself!
We are easily to be attracted to pamper our senses and forget to take good care of our mind and body. Always listen to your body. It’s fast for you to heal yourself from sickness. Body is so smart and it give many signals before collapsing. When you are mindful, you can read the sign clear and loud. Take a break, eat well and sleep well, you can heal yourself well too. No need to depend on external medicine!!! The best medicine is from our food.
I love to observe the daily life of my lovely cats. They live simple, eat well, sleep well and play well. Life is simple to them.
