One of my friend shared with me that by just inhaling air, she’ll grow fat. She mentioned that she was sick for a week, hardly take any solid food and just drank water, her weight also not going down.
Another friend shared with me that she was on diet by reducing her food intake, however her weight never drop.
I just wonder for their sharing. Weight lost is happen naturally by the food you are taking. If you want to reduce weight, you must eat right and also do exercise. Never seek for shortcut as this can’t maintain your weight, you are going to easily gain back double. You must be discipline and understand what are you actually eating. Is your food full of sugar, butter, cream, cheese, ice-cream, cola, fried stuffs, oily food and others fattening ingredients which you are unaware?
A good case study is about my friend who cut down her food intake and yet not reducing her weight. Based on observation, she was cut down on staple food and continue to take junk food like cookies, chocolate and others. That’s the key reason.
A great reminder on the cause and effect. Things will never happen without a reason. Your action will definitely bring effect in your life.
