When we are looking at this bowl of rice, we might assume its fattening as compared to a small piece of butter cookies. We’ve a tendency to take more cookies and totally reject to eat rice.  Some of us, assumed size does matter. Is it true?

Never ever be mislead by your perception. Whatever you believe might not be the truth. How much calories in a small piece of butter cookies as compared to a bowl of organic brown rice? 132 calories for 1 oz butter cookies, 216 calories for 1 cup (6.9 oz) of cooked brown rice. Usually, we love to eat more cookies and unaware the high calories. Imagine, if you are eating 6 pieces of cookies, you are going to absorb 792 calories. Wow!

If you are the baker, you’ll definitely aware that how much butter, sugar, flour, chocolate that you need to put in order to enjoy a piece of yummy and crunchy cookies. Some of us, we are so extreme that by putting slight butter on the bread, we might scream, “So fattening.” However, when come to cookies, we are unaware the threat.

Its apply the same in our life. Never trust on your perception. Always look out for truth and never believe in whatever people saying, experience life yourself. A simple example, by looking at I am having a yummy meal, are you full?
