One of the profound question being asked by Fashi (monastic) during the Chinese New Year puja, “When are you going to have reunion with yourself?” Living in this modern society, we are always in hurry, we believe we can accomplish our task efficiently with multitasking. We are always not here at the present moment, we are living the future or sometimes in the past. You might also assume it’s totally waste of time if you are sitting and do nothing. To most of us, we must continuously “doing”, then only we assume we are productive.
Think about it, if you are keep running, for sure, you need to stop and take a break. As such, why not give your body and mind to take a break? Recharge and you can move further. Besides, we love to spend a lot of time to worry about future, things not happen yet and our tendency is to create story after story on how worst things get to be. Just sit still and reflect, how many things that you are worry actually happen in your life?
Be here and at now. Always reunion for your body and mind, celebrate your life in fullness. You are going to discover the beauty of life.
