Living in modern society, we are extremely busy with our work, social life, family and others. Of course, we are also facing tremendous pressure, tension and stress from environment. We work harder and there is no time to let our body and mind to take a break. We love to arrange our time back to back and ensure there is no “free time” to be wasted. We assume this type of lifestyle as highly productive.
We make our body to work overtime and exhausted without any realisation. We feel so guilty if we just sit there and do nothing. As such, we are busy from day until night and our mind is running like wild monkey.
If you are not mindful, you can’t notice the signal from your body to ask for a stop, take a break before moving forward. Until one day, your body is totally collapse, then only you are aware and you start to blame, “why this happen to me?”. Listen to your body, take a good rest, you can walk further. Prevention is better than cure! Disease will not form by one day, its accumulation from your diet and lifestyle.
Always remember that there is absolutely right to do nothing! I love to spend time to do nothing, give our body and mind, a break!!!
