We are too busy in our daily life, we run up and down to settle our job, family, chores and we are hardly have time for ourselves. I take a week leave in order to take a break and enjoy “do nothing”. However, I can only practice “do nothing” when I am doing yoga in my garden. In normal working day, I need to cook, to handle chores, and to work. Times are so limited. As such, in a long holiday, its a great time to start spring cleaning to recycle or throw away unwanted items. For an items, you never use for half a year, basically you don’t need it.
When your house is clean and tidy, your mind is clearer and you are more happy to stay in. Most important, during spring cleaning, you will know the best how is your buying pattern, are you an impulsive buyer? or you buy based on your need?
When you are cleaning your house, you are also cleaning your mind! You are throwing out rubbish from home and mind.

Do nothing! Just observe the carpenter bees working early to get food…

When you are too busy, you are going to miss out the beautiful and precious moment. Take some time to do nothing! Be free!
