Do you love to plan ahead or just on time?
When you are not plan ahead, you might face a lot of challenges on the spot, this situation might make you to lost your coolness and chill. You might release your anger to people surrounding and start to scold others. It’s not only bad to you and also to the total environment, you are bringing negative energy and cause tension to others.
Why should we go through this challenges in life? Why not practice plan ahead and start early preparation?
I always practise plan ahead in my work, personal life and cooking. A simple example, a good preparation is needed before you start cooking. As I need to cook for my family every morning, I’ll definitely think about what dish should I cook, ingredients and also sequence of cooking to avoid messy the kitchen and most important to enjoy the peacefulness in mind instead of rushing like mad.
Good planning is needed as this habit can bring happiness to ourselves and others. Of course, things might not turn up as per our expectation. We do our best and we are not going to blame others if we prepare earlier.
