Think about it, why are we need to runaway from our home for holiday? We assume it’s a break if we are spending our time out from home, either overseas or local.
How do you feel when you are back from holiday? Most of my friends are more tired and even sick after their trip. Instead of stay chill and relaxing, we are rushing all the way in order to cover sightseeing and enjoy “good and yummy” food even though we are full. We neglect to take good care of our mind and health, instead of relaxing, we are always stay in stress and tension.
Basically, you can enjoy a good and relaxing break at home. Spend time to do things you love the most. If you are working, imagine how much time actually you are spending at home? If you take away the time spend on sleeping, you are hardly enjoy your beautiful and peaceful home sweet home.
Why not take a break and just sit quietly at home? Do whatever you love! It’s so relaxing, nothing to rush. Moreover, you can nourish your mind with good session of meditation and body with healthy home-cook meal. How wonderful!
