I love gardening. We can learn a lot of great lesson. Moreover, its one of the great way de-stress and you feel good to look at the growing process of plant. Recently, I am working on my little organic herb and spice garden which can supply all natural herbs that I need to use during my cooking. There are many of good local herbs around us, yet we don’t learn and ignore its benefits.
I am exchanging plants with my friends and its great to have friends who love gardening. Its great to chat about gardening instead of gossiping. It’s create positive vibes! Gardening is great way to preserve environment, healthy food to eat, cost saving as you no need to buy and a great exercise as you are sweating. Most important, safe to eat, as you know what do you put in to your plant plus your love and care to the plant, it become super food to nourish our body and mind.
Besides, its great to pluck the herbs in garden when we need during cooking, so fresh and bring high energy to food.
Instead of wasting time on unproductive activity, why not to start our little garden? Green is so soothing to our eyes and we feel so comfortable and relax. Besides, gardening also benefiting to other beings like bees, ants, dragon-fly, butterfly who can enjoy their good food in your garden. How nice!
