Whenever I heard from my friend that their child is sick, I’ll check with them what type of food are you feeding your child. One of my friend shared with me that her child, aged less than 2 years old, love to eat croissant and also fries. We know this type of food is no good for a growing child, too much fat and considered as “junk” food instead of good nutrient to body.

Our little princess, Miss Mimi never ask for what food she need. We must check and understand the ingredients of food before feeding to her.

A little baby will definitely not going to ask you to give their favourite food by saying fries, fried potatoes and others junk food. Think about it, who is the one who introduce them to the world of good food, bad food, good taste, bad taste and others? Definitely, you are the one who share and introduce your food with your little one in the name of “Love”. Before you feed your little one, please think about whether this food is going to bring nutrient to nourish or junk to poison his little body?

What is the consequence when we constantly feed our children with wrong type of food? They fall sick frequently. One of my friend’s child, almost fall sick every week, her remedy is immediately bring her child to visit Doctor and start “Medicine”- drugs & antibiotic without realise her action is going to further deteriorating her child’s health condition. She mentioned to me on how effective is the “antibiotics”. I am truly sad that nowadays we can access information easily. Why not read more on how to take care your children?
