This morning, I met up with a new friend in garden, to be honest, I don’t know its name, perhaps you can share with me. He was truly adorable. I stood for sometimes to observe, he was actually doing stretching his legs, like a little yoga teacher.
It make me to think how often are you doing exercise? Are you only depend on going to gym to exercise? This is what I heard from my friends, they need to go to gym daily for exercise. Of course, it’s good for health. They rely heavily on gym. Think about it, during our grand parent time, we hardly heard about gym and they are workout a lot with chores and also physical work.
Most of us, when we go out, we park our car nearest to the entrance, we are so worried to walk. We love to use lift as compared to go up by using staircase. We just want to take things in easy and comfort way.
Are you do chores at home? Are you rely to your helper or electric appliances to help you to settle all chores? Of course, we are grateful to the invention of electric products to ease our burden on doing housework. However, we need to spend time to mop floor, wash toilet, glass window, table, cabinet, gardening and others. Actually, all this is a great workout as you are sweating from head to toe if you are do it mindfully.
We need to move our body, and let our blood flow, imagine, A drainage without water flowing, one day it will be clogged. Next time, if you don’t go to gym, you can start your workout at home by doing chores mindfully. After a good session of chores, your living environment is cleaner and neat, you are definitely more happy and satisfied. A better and a cleaner living environment, a happier you!
