“Who is the most important person in your life?”
Your answers might be “Me”, “Mom”, “Dad”, “Children”, “Boyfriend”, “Husband”, “friends”, “pets” and others…
Have you ever think that the most important person to you is the person in front of you at this moment of life?
Are you mindful when you are spending time with others?
Are you only focusing in playing with your smart phone, online, non-stop instant message, checking mails, online chatting, playing games, watching video, listening to sound track and others instead of spending time mindfulness for people in front of you?
Recently, people are so addicted and attached with their smart phone. They seem like can’t live without it. Instead of treasure the moment of now with people in front of them, they constantly online. Sometimes, when I dine-out, I observed sometimes no conversation or interaction for people gather together, they are busy in playing their phones. We might miss out many precious time to celebrate life together.
Every night, when we are back from work. Sis and I, will definitely spend time to talk and play with our lovely cats, Miss Mimi, Miss Si Si and our elder cat, the leader, Little Black. Usually, We’ll talk to Miss Mimi and Little Black, then Miss Si Si will wait patiently for her turn as she love to play with us.
A little cat also reminded us be mindful when playing and never go for multitasking. Celebrate your precious time with your loved one, your friends, your animal friends with full hearted, be 100% present at moment. Let them feel your presence! There is no way to live twice, whatever past is gone and no way to rewind. Never give yourself a chance to regret and self blame.
Live at now and be mindful in any moment of life!
