I love reading. Recently, I spend so much time to read topics about how to sustain good health by using natural way. The author might spend whole life to do research on the particular topic and how lucky that I only spend some time to learn, to understand and apply the most important tips to enhance my life. After reading, I love to share what I know with people around, I hope they can enhance their life too. I believe that “To be happy, first you must be healthy.” Without healthy body, you are facing great challenges to have healthy mind. You might be disturbed in your daily life, unless you are having full faith in your spiritual path.

Whenever I share on the health tips, to reduce meat, eggs and dairy eating, usually I’ll provide scientific evidence, people might keep nodding their head and say they want to cut down meat-eating to preserve a healthy body. When back to reality, they look at the yummy and delicious meat dish, they just can’t overcome their strong desire to enjoy. At this moment of life, they forgot their health but to pamper the senses of eating. Why give yourself a chance to regret when you are sick?
Besides, some might holding tightly on what they know even it’s not the truth. They mentioned that they must eat meat as this is the source of protein. Without meat-eating, they can’t feel any energy and they are easily to get hungry. Some might even say that 4 legs animals are meant for us to eat.
Why are we holding tightly on wrong understanding? wrong believe?
