I am always encourage people surrounding and colleagues to stay “chill” whenever they are facing any challenges. There is no way you can solve problem when you are in stress. And definitely, you are going to shine your negativity to surrounding. It’s invisible yet your negative energy will affect many people. It’s a chain effect! Why not stay chill to bring benefit to yourself and others!
Always be mindful and observe your thoughts! When you are going to reach to your maximum endurance level, always take a deep breath and be mindful on your breathing. You are going to notice that your emotional is more stable. Remember to smile and you are going to distress. You can also ask yourself, “Who make you so stressful?”
