Beautiful Scenery!

Do you set high expectation in your life?

Are you put direct association between your happiness and expectation?

Some of my friends, they set high expectation. When they meet their expectation, they are happy, and if not, they are unhappy. Think about it, why can’t we be happy in any moment instead of when we meet our expectation. Everything is keep changing whether you see or you realize, why not enjoy the process instead set expectation and let this be the main criteria of your happiness.

During my recent trip to Taiwan, we never set any expectation, to us, whatever happen is the best thing and best moment in life, appreciate and be happy. During our visit to the Yehliu Geopark, we follow a track for bird watching. We never see any birds during our walking journey. As we don’t set any expectation, whatever we see is the best.  As such, we saw the most beautiful scenery from top.

The tofu (Bean curd) stones. What a beautiful scenery!

Even though, no birds yet we were able to discover the beautiful butterfly…

Beautiful butterfly was enjoying her food...

Think about it, if we were so insist to see the birds, we might miss out the great opportunity to get in touch with the beautiful butterfly. We might even be angry, disappointed, stress when we can’t see any birds. Imagine, if you are in angry, you are just like blind and you can’t see the beauty of nature.

Wow! Amazing!
