mindful living…

Nature is always sharing a good lesson for us to learn and to understand more about life. However, some of us, we might totally neglect the teaching from nature as we are too busy with our inner thoughts, swing from the past to the future and sadly never or hardly stay at present moment.

When we are mindful, we can learn so much profound lesson from nature.

Recently, we paid a visit to Yehliu Geopark, Taiwan, its famous for sea erosion landscape.

One of the beautiful wonder, small mushroom stone… truly cute!

So crowded with tourists! People are so busy on taking photos with the beauty of nature.

Think about it, if you are so busy on taking selfie or group photos with the nature, you might forget to stop and observe the beauty of nature. Of course, you might miss the important teaching from nature.

One of the main attraction in Yehliu is the Queen’s head. Initially, we thought the Queen’s head must be very magnificent based on what we read from internet and also printed material. Our taxi driver shared with us that you are not going to miss the Queen’s head in Geopark as a long queue of people wanted so much to take photo with it.

We were lucky that our taxi driver hint us in advance, if not we might miss the Queen’s head.

It's look smaller and apparently it might also disappeared soon as the sea erosion.

It’s look  much smaller and apparently it might also disappeared soon as the result of sea erosion. Definitely, it can’t be there forever.

Nature shown a great lesson on impermanence of life. Nothing can remain forever, even though sometimes you don’t see the changes yet every moment, everything is keep changing, only you might not aware.

Just look closely to yourself, you are constantly changing whether physically or your mind. As such, open your heart to accept impermanence of life, instead of reject it. Why not be ready to accept anything whether good or bad?

Some of us, we might think that we can control everything, however in reality, we can’t even control our own body.

Enjoy your mindful living!
